Never miss twice

Never miss twice

You missed a workout. Your family needed more of your time, and work has left you drained.

Hey it’s ok. We all slip at times. We aren’t perfect. You can avoid a second lapse. Missing two in a row is the start of a new (bad) habit.

Try to get back into it quickly. Even if you can’t do it perfectly, show up and do a simpler set.

You’ve worked hard and your gains are compounding. Show up to maintain your gains.

Never miss twice.

“The first mistake is never the one that ruins you. It is the spiral of repeated mistakes that follows...Anyone can have a bad performance, a bad workout, or a bad day at work. But when successful people fail, they rebound quickly.” James Clear, author of Atomic Habits.

You got this 👊🏻.
